My hypnosis audio isn't playing. What should I do?

If your hypnosis audio isn’t playing, we recommend waiting a little longer for the audio to download, sometimes it needs to buffer. You’ll know it’s playing, when you will see the timer count down.

Other reasons why the audio isn’t playing could be:

  • Your Internet connection is shut off
  • Your device is set to Airplane Mode.
  • Your device volume is on mute

When I press the audio button, why does it bring me back to the pay screen?

If you’ve already paid to become a member of the Miracle Hypnosis Online Audio Platform, please login then press “My Account” in the upper right corner then select “My Audios” in the drop-down. Your audios will appear in this screen. Click an audio to stream from the device of your choice.

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

For maximum effectiveness, we recommend listening to our audio programs for at least 90 days. However, you are welcome to cancel your membership whenever you choose.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log into your account and click on “My Account” in the navigation bar. Scroll down to the bottom and you’ll see a link that says “cancel” in the lower right.
